We encourage all our guests to arrive 10 min prior to their appointment time to allow time to check in and get ready to meet our specialist for consultation. Arriving late may limit the time for your consultation time or any of your treatments. The treatments will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. |
If arrival is delayed, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments are charged at full value.
